This schematic may illustrates 1996-2003 Yamaha YZF600R front brake caliper components. As already known, this models is designated for tubeless tyre only with front and rear brake are hydraulically-operated disc brakes.
YZF600R front brakes are twin opposed-piston calipers while the rear brake is a single one. The schematic and details of each component is provided in diagram herein:
1 Dust seal
2 Piston seal
3 Piston
4 Brake pads
5 Spring
6 Pad pin
7 Pin retaining clip
8 Bleed valve
